In his current role James overseas DGF’s global sector strategies and commercial engagement with their Multiple National Customer portfolio. James has been with the group for 30 years, having held multiple sales management roles throughout Africa and the USA. Joining the DHL family, James moved to London to head up the Technology Sector for EMEA before taking on the position of Vice President , Business Development for EMEA two years later. Since 2008 James has been based in Bonn Germany , DPDHL Global HQ .
Henk Folmer, Senior Vice President, Customer Led Solutions Europe at Prologis
Since 2003, Henk has been managing the global distribution space needs of several of Prologis’ largest and most strategic European key accounts – transportation companies, third-party logistics providers, technology, automotive and e-commerce companies. In addition to growing existing focus customer relationships within the Prologis global portfolio, Henk leads new business initiatives – providing access to new customers and helping to secure built-to-suit distribution center transactions. Most recently, Henk has been working with the Prologis China team, assisting Chinese companies to establish their supply chain networks into Europe as part of China’s “Belt and Road” strategy.
