One should assume that all costs for participants will be borne by the member and his/her guests. We will charge a fee for the two group dinners, any group activities, in-resort group transport etc. depending upon the number of participants, the weather, snow conditions etc. The Chapter will seek sponsorship to cover the group dinners.
To register your commitment, we will charge a €200 fee per person that should be considered as a deposit for the two group dinners and/or the fee will be used to finance the events during the long weekend.
