Thanks to the support of the SIOR Foundation, Colliers Italia, and under the patronage of RICS Europe (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), Milan is hosting the international event IREC 2025 (International Real Estate Challenge) at Politecnico di Milano – Campus Leonardo.
IREC involves over 50 students, from eight countries, divided into different teams who challenge each other on a real case-based business study: This year, a company decides to open a new headquarters in a European city. Which is the best location? What is the best building? Why?
Cities involved: Ankara, Barcelona, Bratislava, Brussels, Dublin, Istanbul, London, Milan, Prague and Valencia.
